Green Office Policy

At Gönen Law Firm we take our environmental responsibilities seriously and strive to minimise the impact of our activities on global climate change. Our green office policy is designed to reduce or minimize consumption of natural resources and energy usage wherever practically possible. To help achieve improvements in these areas we have set the following principles for our office:

– We separate recyclable materials, i.e. paper, plastic, metal, batteries, and packaging wastes, by type at the point of discard and dispose them accordingly;

– We use FSC-certified and recyclable papers;

– In order to minimise our carbon footprint, we deliver local mails and parcels via bike couriers;

– In order to protect and conserve water resources, we use biodegradable cleaning products.

We shall,

– Maintain and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information of all kind;

– Evaluate and manage any risk that may be associated with both internal and client information;

– Protect the dignity and trustworthiness of our firm;
